The term “you” refers to the user or customer of this website. Mindful Marlo provides travel and lifestyle accessories and related products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded or modified by agreement.

2. Product Information & Pricing

2.1. We make every effort to display the colours and designs of our products accurately. However, actual colours may vary depending on your device settings and screen configuration.
2.2. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
2.3. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST but exclude shipping fees.

3. Orders & Cancellation

3.1. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase our goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (including pricing errors or stock unavailability).
3.2. Your order is only accepted once payment is processed and a shipping confirmation is sent. If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are handled by third-party freight networks (e.g., Australia Post).
4.2. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions or events outside our reasonable control.

5.1. We own or have explicit permission to use all content, original artwork, branding, and imagery on this website.

9.1. Consent to Messages: By opting into Mindful Marlo’s SMS/text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring marketing, promotional, and transactional text messages (such as cart reminders or shipping updates) sent via automated technology to the mobile number provided.
9.2. Voluntary Participation: Consenting to receive marketing texts is completely voluntary and is not a condition of making any purchase with us.
9.3. Fees: We do not charge for this Service. However, standard message and data rates imposed by your mobile network provider may apply.
9.4. Opting Out: You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP in reply to any of our messages, or click the unsubscribe link included in the text. Your request will be processed within 5 business days in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
