For orders under $130 within Australia, we offer a flat rate between $13 to $15, depending on your location (or you can upgrade to express shipping). Note: Free shipping applies to your order total after any discount codes - if a code brings your total under $130, standard shipping rates will apply.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. As a small business, we describe every product as accurately as we can - including materials and measurements - so you can choose with confidence.
If what arrives matches the description and isn't faulty, it's considered a change of mind rather than a fault.

What counts as "change of mind"? A few examples:
You plans have changed and you no longer need it
You've decided you don't love the design, colour, or style once it's arrived
You found the same or similar item cheaper elsewhere
The item doesn't feel or look quite how you pictured it, even though it matches the photos and description
You ordered the wrong size or style to suit and didn't check the measurements or details listed on the product page
Products
Our business is Australian owned and our products are designed in Australia. To ensure quality and keep our products accessible, they're manufactured overseas with trusted suppliers that we've developed long-term relationships with. A good deal of the assembly is still done by hand rather than run through big automated production lines.
Some zippers may feel firm on first use and will loosen with normal use over time. This is not considered a fault.
