How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120 within Australia.

For orders under $120 within Australia, we offer a flat rate of $12 or you can upgrade to Express Post.

Do you offer in store pick up?

No, we do not offer in store pick up at this time.

When will my order be shipped?

If all items are in stock, orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

How long will it take to arrive?

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping carrier used.

For most metropolitan areas, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

For regional or remote areas, delivery may take longer, generally between 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping.

What is your Returns Policy?

Mindful Marlo makes every effort to ensure that your order is received in perfect condition.

If you believe your item is faulty or has been damaged during delivery, please contact us at hello@mindfulmarlo.com.au as soon as possible and within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.

Returns must not be sent back without prior approval. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed, including return details where applicable.

Refunds, repairs or replacements are assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
