These terms apply to all discount codes and promotional offers issued by Mindful Marlo, alongside any additional terms stated for a specific promotion below.

General Terms

Each promotional code is limited to one use per customer or email address, unless otherwise stated.
Discounts apply to the product total before shipping, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward gift card purchases.
Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other discount code, offer, or promotion unless explicitly stated.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Mindful Marlo reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.
Promotional offers have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Offers are valid for online purchases at https://mindfulmarlo.com.au only, unless otherwise stated.

Active Promotions

Newsletter Sign-Up Offer (10% Off) - 10% off your first order, available to all customers on the Online Store. Applies to one-time purchases only; no minimum purchase required; one use per customer; cannot be combined with other discounts; does not apply to Sale items. Requires agreeing to receive marketing emails from Mindful Marlo to receive the code. Each code is valid for 5 days from the date it is issued to the customer. Active from 27 May 2021.

Monthly Hanging Toiletry Bag Giveaway: Win 2 Hanging Toiletry Bags, one for you and one for a friend (total prize value $139.90 AUD). Open to Australian residents aged 18+, excluding Mindful Marlo staff and their immediate families. Free to enter; no purchase necessary. Enter by completing the giveaway entry form on our Facebook or Instagram ads and agreeing to receive marketing emails from Mindful Marlo. Commenting on or sharing a post is welcome but is not required and does not count as an entry. Limit one entry per person per month. Each draw includes all valid entries received during the previous calendar month (until 11:59pm AEST on the last day of the month); entries do not carry over to later draws. To be eligible, entrants must still be subscribed to the Mindful Marlo email newsletter at the time of the draw; anyone who has unsubscribed will be excluded. Eligibility is checked before each draw. If the selected entrant is later found to be ineligible, the prize for that month is forfeited and will not be redrawn. One winner will be randomly selected on the 1st of each month (or as soon as practicable after) from the previous month's eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email only within 14 days of the draw, sent to the address provided on entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to monitor their inbox, including junk and spam folders. The winner must respond with a delivery address within 14 days of the notification email. If the winner doesn’t respond within that time, the prize is forfeited and will not be redrawn. Both bags will be delivered together to a single Australian address nominated by the winner; we are unable to send the bags to separate addresses. Postage is paid by Mindful Marlo, and the winner is responsible for passing the second bag on to their friend. The winner may indicate a preferred design for each bag, and we’ll try to accommodate this where possible, but the final choice of designs is at Mindful Marlo’s discretion and subject to availability. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner’s first name and last initial will be published on our website and may be shared on social media. All entrants may be emailed a link to the winner announcement. Entrant details are used to run the giveaway and send marketing emails from Mindful Marlo; you can unsubscribe at any time, but doing so before the draw will remove your entry. Mindful Marlo may end this giveaway at any time by updating this page. If the giveaway ends, entries received in the final month will still be included in one last draw on the 1st of the following month (or as soon as practicable after).
