Wholesale Terms and Conditions

MOQ and Payment

Our minimum opening order is $300, with a $250 minimum for reorders.

All orders are supplied on a proforma basis, with payment required prior to shipment.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at the time of invoicing. Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier, using the most cost and time-effective method available. If all products are in stock, orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of payment receipt. Orders will be shipped to the address on the approved invoice, so please ensure all details are correct.

General

Entering a wholesale partnership with Mindful Marlo allows you to sell our products in your bricks and mortar store and/or online store only. Selling our products via third party websites, marketplaces or locations is prohibited and failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of our partnership. All information provided about our business is private and confidential and is not to be shared without consent from Mindful Marlo.

Limited quantities available. These pieces will not be restocked once sold through.

All Mindful Marlo product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Mindful Marlo. Approved stockists are welcome to use any images on our website relating to products you stock, in their supplied state. No cropping, editing, filters, or additional compression is to be applied.

Agreement of Terms

By placing an order with Mindful Marlo you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change and will be effective immediately upon amendment.
